Enclosed, please find our travel package & proposal to see the 2018-2019 La Liga Clasico Match between FC Barcelona  vs Real Madrid in Barcelona, Spain on either Saturday or Sunday, October 27 or 28, 2018

Do note that the prices for this package are quite high due to the overwhelming global demand complicated by the scarcity of safe, secure accommodations, very limited supply for the match tickets and are taking into consideration many factors which can influence the final pricing including but not limited to: Currency exchanges, cost of living increases and anticipated prices for travel services during the Fall of 2018.

VIP Global Sports / EuroGetaway to Spain Travel Package includes:

I. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS –  One (1) standard double (1 bed) or twin (2 beds) room for two (2) persons for three (3) consecutive nights at the designated hotels located in downtown Barcelona, Spain, checking in on Friday, October 26th and checking out on Monday, October 29th, 2018

  1. All taxes & service charges on each room night charge included
    B.  Buffet breakfast daily per person
    C.  Client must provide a credit card at check in to cover for incidental charges such as telephone, room service, bar, pay per view, etc.
  2. MATCH TICKETS: One (1) CATEGORY 2 entrance ticket per person for theFC Barcelona vs Real Madrid La Liga match on Saturday or Sunday, October 27 or 28, 2018
  3. Tickets will be delivered to your hotel by secured courier service and will be available at the front desk reception at the time of check in or by a mutually agreeable alternative

III. GROUND TRANSPORTATION & OTHER TRAVEL SERVICES

  1. One way ground transportation from the Barcelona International Airport to the designated hotel upon arrival onFriday, October 26th
  2. One way ground transportation from the Barcelona International Airport to the designated hotel upon arrival onMonday, October 29th

    B. 100% of total invoice amount due upon signing of invoice agreement
  6. Travel insurance for trip cancellation is optional and additional charges will be incurred (Trip Cancellation insurance is high recommended, please ask for quotation & brochure for coverage’s)
  7. All payments must be made with company, cashiers or personal check of immediately available funds made payable to VIP Global Sports, Inc. 
  8. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard & AMEX Only) payments will incur an additional charge of 3.5% labeled as a VIP Global Sports Service Charge
  9. VIP Global Sports reserves the right to modify in its sole discretion any part of the tour and will, when it reasonably can do so, give notice to the passenger of any material changes in the tour/travel package. This invoice and VIP’s General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and Client may not amend, modify, or attach other documentation to VIP’s invoice without the express written consent from VIP.
  10. VIP Global Sports reserves the right to charge for increases in land or air costs due to itinerary changes based on the final confirmation of the above mentioned services and/or due to changes that arise because of currency fluctuations or travel package service cost increases that occur between tariffs in effect as of October 1st, 2018 and the final payment of the tour cost. Currency exchange rates & subsequent calculations to be determined bywww.oanda.com– Package pricing above quotation is based on a currency exchange of 1.00 (€) EUROS to $1.25 USD
  11. Client agrees that the sale, purchase, and use of the Packages shall be governed by and subject to VIP’s General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein and a copy of which is provided on our website,www.vipglobalsports.com, for your review.

LE MERIDIEN BARCELONA OR SIMILAR HOTEL PACKAGE

  • Double:  €2,195 per person based on two (2) persons sharing a room
  • Single:  €2,495

VIP Global Sports/EuroGetaway to Spain Tour & Travel packages are sold on a First Come, First Serve basis for a limited time. Package prices are in EUROS (€), subject to change.Airline and customs departure taxes not included. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND CONFIRMATION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
