2019 FA Cup Final 

Enclosed please find our three (3) nights hotel, event ticket & travel package and proposal for the 2019 FA Cup Final which takes place at Wembley Stadium in London, England on Saturday, May 18th, 2019.

Do note that the prices for this package are quite high due to the overwhelming global demand complicated by the scarcity of safe, secure accommodations, very limited supply for the match tickets and are taking into consideration many factors which can influence the final pricing including but not limited to: Currency exchanges, cost of living increases and anticipated prices for travel services during the Spring/Summer of 2019.

VIP Global Sports / 2019 FA Cup Final Travel Package includes:

  1. ACCOMMODATIONS:One (1) standard double (1 bed) or twin (2 beds) room for up two (2) persons for three (3) consecutive nights at the designated four star moderate superior hotel located in London, England, checking in on Friday, May 17thand checking out on Monday, May 20th, 2019:
  2. Inclusive of all VAT taxes on each room night charge
    B. Continental or buffet breakfast daily
  3. Clients must provide credit card at the time of check in to cover incidental expense
  4. EVENT TICKETS:One (1) Category II entrance ticket per person for the 2019 FA Cup Final match listed below: 
  5. Saturday, May 18th–  2019 FA CUP Final at Wembley Stadium
  6. Match tickets will be delivered to your hotel and will be available at the front desk reception at the time of check in

III. GROUND TRANSPORTATION & OTHER TRAVEL SERVICES: 
A. One way airport transfer with meet & greet from the London International Airport to the designated hotel upon arrival on Friday, May 17th    

  1. One way airport transfer from the designated hotel to the London International Airport upon departure on Monday, May 20th
  2. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    A. All payments are 100% nonrefundable
  3. 100% per person deposit due upon signing of invoice contract agreement
  4. Travel insurance for trip cancellation is optional and additional charges will be incurred (Trip Cancellation insurance is high recommended, please ask for quotation & brochure for coverage’s)
  5. All payments must be made with company, cashiers or personal check of immediately available funds made payable to VIP Global Sports, Inc. 
  6. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard & AMEX Only) payments will incur an additional charge of 3.5% labeled as a VIP Global Sports Service Charge
  7. VIP Global Sports reserves the right to modify in its sole discretion any part of the tour and will, when it reasonably can do so, give notice to the passenger of any material changes in the tour/travel package. This invoice and VIP’s General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and Client may not amend, modify, or attach other documentation to VIP’s invoice without the express written consent from VIP.
  8. VIP Global Sports reserves the right to charge for increases in land or air costs due to itinerary changes based on the final confirmation of the above mentioned services and/or due to changes that arise because of currency fluctuations or travel package service cost increases that occur between tariffs in effect as of November 1st, 2018 and the final payment of the tour cost.   9. Client agrees that the sale, purchase, and use of the Packages shall be governed by and subject to VIP’s General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein and a copy of which is provided on our website,www.vipglobalsports.com, for your review.

The total purchase price of the VIP Global Sports /2019 FA Cup Final Travel Packages are as follows:

CROWNE PLAZA LONDON – KINGS CROSS OR SIMILAR HOTEL PACKAGE 
Double: £2,790 or £1,395 (GBP) per person based on double room occupancy

MARRIIOTT LONDON MARBLE ARCH OR SIMILAR HOTEL PACKAGE 
Double: £2,995 or £1,497.50 (GBP) per person based on double room occupancy

RADISSON BLU HAMPSHIRE OR SIMILAR HOTEL PACKAGE 
Double: £3,190 or £1,595 (GBP) per person based on double room occupancy

VIP Global Sports / 2019 FA CUP Travel Packages are sold on a First Come, First Serve basis for a limited time. Package prices are in ( £ ) British Pound Sterling, subject to change. Airline and customs departure taxes not included. AVAILABILITY SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

We cannot hold reservations or guarantee the above listed services and corresponding quotation without initial deposit payment.
